Your Day to Day: As the Listings and Administration Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our Applecross office operations, supporting a boutique team of top-tier sales executives. Your role will involve providing listing and property marketing support, collaborating weekly with our Sales Coordinator and Marketing Department, and handling various administrative tasks that ensure the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listing Process Support: Assist our team of sales executives throughout the listing process, following established procedures that ensure smooth operations from start to finish.
- Office Management: Handle reception duties, manage office supplies, prepare home open times, and ensure the office is always operating at peak efficiency.
- Marketing Materials: Manage template-based property marketing tasks, including brochures and signboards, while liaising with the Marketing Department.
Skills & Experience:
- Real Estate Administration Experience: Essential for ensuring the highest standard of support.
- Excellent Time Management & Attention to Detail: Ability to prioritise and manage various tasks.
- Strong Computing Skills: Competence in navigating property portals and CRM software.
